Our Signature Recipes are designed by MexAmerica’s Executive Chef, Lynn M. Miller. She is also the chef/owner of Curious Cooks, a company that provides fun, private cooking classes and culinary publications in Michigan. Formally trained at Schoolcraft College, she has lived abroad and also attended specialty cooking classes at the Ritz Escoffier and the Cordon Bleu in Paris, as well as in Provence, Stuttgart (Germany), China, Hong Kong and Peru. She continues to travel extensively, exploring the current food scenes everywhere!

Chef Lynn is the author of FLAVOR SECRETS: Back to the Basics, a cookbook that has been lauded as having two years of culinary school between its covers. She also is a regular contributor to the magazine, BLOOMFIELD HILLS LIVING and writes cooking articles for TPE POST, an online educational newspaper. Chef Lynn is on a mission to teach the world to cook and hosts a cable television show called FLAVOR SECRETS
